The Weatherman page 1

In 1996, I took over a Negativland fanzine and for my first issue, I made a two page comic celebrating the groups lead singer (?) David Wills a. k. a. The Weatherman. I forgot about the piece since until many months ago when The Weatherman bumped into a copy of my zine in his garage and mentioned it on his blog ( www.negativland.com/dumb/blog/… ).

I can't find the actual artwork, but I made a very good scan of the strip and I'm posting them here. Page two of this piece is after this post.
