Description

I'm getting ready to make the cover for the new addition to the mega Xanadu compilation set, Ultimate Xanadu 23! (if you know your Anime, you get the obscure reference). In the process, I came up with this mash-up cover of Kira and the ELO 1981 album, Time. Any Xanadu fan who enjoys the it's elaborate and occasional over-the-top sound, should check out this album. The entire set makes Mr. Blue Sky sound like Kenny G.

Strangely my favorite Time song is "21st Century Man", which is a bit more melancholic.

Then again, this is the album with "Twilight"...seriously, Don Bluth and Gainax are gods for basically making animated ELO videos.
